Citemark is an AI-powered workspace that helps you analyze documents, extract insights, and automate complex workflows. This guide will help you get started with the platform.
What is Citemark?
Citemark combines advanced document processing with AI capabilities to help you:
- Upload and organize documents - Store PDFs, Word documents, and other files in organized projects
- Extract information automatically - AI-powered extraction identifies key data from your documents
- Chat with your documents - Ask questions and get answers based on your uploaded content
- Run specialized Skills - Execute pre-built workflows for specific tasks like compliance analysis
Quick Start
1. Sign In
Navigate to the Citemark application and sign in with your credentials. If you're new, ask your organization administrator for an invitation.
2. Select or Create a Project
Projects are containers for your documents and conversations:
- Click on Projects in the sidebar
- Select an existing project or click Create Project
- Give your project a name and description
3. Upload Documents
Add documents to your project:
- Open your project
- Click Upload in the Sources panel
- Select files from your computer (PDF, DOCX, TXT supported)
- Wait for processing to complete (you'll see a progress indicator)
4. Start a Conversation
Once documents are processed:
- Click New Conversation or select an existing one
- Type your question in the chat input
- The AI will search your documents and provide answers with citations
Key Concepts
Organizations
Your company or team's workspace. All users, projects, and documents belong to an organization.
Projects
Collections of related documents and conversations. Use projects to organize by client, matter, or topic.
Sources
Documents uploaded to a project. Citemark automatically extracts text and makes it searchable.
Conversations
Chat threads where you can ask questions about your documents. Each conversation maintains context.
Skills
Pre-built AI workflows for specific tasks. Skills can extract structured data, analyze compliance, generate reports, and more.
