Signing In to Citemark

First-Time Access

If you're new to Citemark, you'll need an invitation from your organization administrator:

  1. Check your email for an invitation link
  2. Click the link to set up your account
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Complete your profile information

Signing In

  1. Navigate to your organization's Citemark URL
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Session Management

  • Sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity
  • You can sign out manually by clicking your profile menu and selecting Sign Out
  • For security, always sign out when using shared computers

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" error

  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
  • Try resetting your password

"Account locked" message

  • Contact your organization administrator
  • Accounts may be locked after multiple failed sign-in attempts

Can't access certain features

  • Your organization may have role-based access controls
  • Contact your administrator to verify your permissions
